so today was different. My school was in a lockdown for two and a half hours. At first I thought it was some person walking around campus with a gun, but it turned out two guys robbed Washington mutual, ran across our parking lot and hid in the apartments between our school and Centerville. So when I heard that the lockdown was a drill, what did I do? Sleep =D. I was freaking tired, and since we had to stay on the ground what else was there to do except sleep? Plus I was in the nice carpeted drama room.
When we found out the dangerous guys weren’t on campus, Ballin showed a movie and we had concessions: candy, soda, water, and chips. In the last hour everyone had to pee SO BADLY, sara was volunteering the idea of using the garbage can as a toilet. Hahahaha. But Ballin called over the principal and he escorted us to the bathroom. I swear, that was the best bathroom break I’ve ever had. It felt so good. I was freaking holding it for more than an hour.
This is the first exciting thing that has ever happened to whs since I’ve been here, and it wasn’t all that exciting. Kinda boring being stuck in the drama room for two and a half hours. But at least we were comfortable – got to watch a movie and work on my college recommendation letter profile. Plus I didn’t have to go to anatomy or government =D.
Perlman’s class sixth period was SO freaking funny. His third period class was SO bored during the lockdown that they started a “journal” on the board. It hecka reminded me of a prisoner logging about his days on the walls. James kim started it….man, that kid is hilarious. He kills me. Some of the stuff they wrote was:
12:46 – Perlman seems to be growing taller
12:50 – Perlman is starting to grow hair
12:33 ½ - James farted
12:30 – a pack of skittles is divided among 25 hungry students. James eats half.
12:52 – Perlman is still attempting to work the TV. He says, “I hate this VCR.”
12:20 – James falls out of his chair
12:45 – the class decides to use the garbage can as a toilet
hahahahahahahaha. I was laughing so hard. sophomores are funny =D.
I have to go brush the cat now.
